Gameplay Recording and Streaming

Notwithstanding the restrictions above, Proverbs LLC permits individuals to record, stream, and share gameplay from our games on platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, Kick, TikTok, and similar services, including channels that are monetized through advertising, subscriptions, donations, or platform partner programs.

This permission applies only to gameplay recordings, livestreams, screenshots, and other content created through ordinary use of our games. This permission does not grant ownership of or rights to the underlying Content, including the game software, artwork, visual assets, trademarks, or other intellectual property owned by Proverbs LLC or its licensors.

This permission does not apply to any third-party content used in conjunction with the Services, including music, audio, images, or other media that is not owned or licensed by Proverbs LLC for redistribution. You are solely responsible for obtaining any rights or permissions necessary to record, stream, distribute, or otherwise use such third-party content.

This permission does not extend to the distribution of game software, extracted assets, source files, or other Content outside of ordinary gameplay recordings, livestreams, or screenshots. Proverbs LLC reserves the right to revoke this permission for content that violates applicable law, infringes the rights of others, promotes cheating or unauthorized modifications, or otherwise violates these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Proverbs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, data, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Services, even if Proverbs LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
